Say goodbye to sun parched, golden skin of summer. While everyone loves the look of a bronzed body, the feel of dehydrated, dry skin cells is another story! Making a DIY polish at home takes a matter of minutes and helps push forward healthy cells, improving skin tone, texture, and luminosity. We like to take ours to the beach and then jump into the sea for a bonus salt water detox. Best used right after mixing all this love together!

1/4 Very Ripe Plantain
Tsp Organic Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
Few Shakes of Organic Cinnamon 
1/4 Cup Organic Olive Oil or Local Coconut Oil

Mash plantain, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Scrub on a dry body then rinse. 

Greek Yogurt: Lactic acid will lighten sunspots
Cane Sugar: Glycolic acid speeds up skin cell turnover
Cinnamon: Stimulating and great for cellulite 
Olive/Coconut Oil: Rejuvenating and hydrating 
Plantain: High in Vitamin C, which strengthens tissues and repairs sun damage
